This Training/Exercise Template Includes:
- A customized 3-month plan to help you achieve your fitness goals (lose fat or gain muscle) with very little left to chance
- Sean will look at your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your customized program
- 2 check-in’s to answer questions, make adjustments, etc
If at any time you want to jump to one-on-one coaching, your package price will be applied to one of the monthly coaching packages (8, 12, or 24 weeks).
With this package you will receive:
- 100% Custom written training recommendations for you!
- A spreadsheet to track your progress by filling in your weight and workout so we can watch as the scale moves in the right direction!
- 12 weeks worth of workouts that you can reuse once this challenge is over, you’ll love it that much! 😉
- You will receive a HOME (no or little equipment needed) & GYM WORKOUT program. If you feel like working out at home one day, heck! Do it!
- This workout will evolve just like our body. There must be change to keep your body stimulated to receive optimal results!
- You will be working out 3-5 times a week. Depending on the week & depending on if you decide to choose the home or gym plan. Either way, if you follow one of these plans, you will see results!
- Home gym workout type: Full body HIIT workouts + added extras!
- Traditional gym workout type: Upper body/Lower body Bi weekly Split + cardio + HIIT workouts specifically designed to keep your body guessing so it works hard enough to receive optimal results!
