12 Weeks Coaching
This package is recommended for:
- Beginners/Intermediates who are comfortable with quality foods, and have some calorie/macro counting under their belt for fat loss, but need a bit more time to dial everything in.
- Veteran “macro” dieters looking for extremely rapid, but short-term results (for an event like photoshoots, weddings, reunions OR last minute contest preparation).
Every package includes individualized nutrition and training protocols with unlimited communication (via email & What’s App) and guidance from Sean’s personal experience in the fitness industry!
Additional coaching can be purchased month-to-month ($125/month) or by purchasing an additional coaching package (8, 12, or 24 weeks).
With this package you will receive:
- 24/7 support & accountability with me via email/What’s App (I travel out of the country a ton)
- 100% Custom written nutrition recommendations for you!
- We will adjust your macros whenever you feel the need or something is not working right. We are here 24/7 for you
- Recommended times throughout the day to eat
- Example grocery list
- Recommended water intake
- Importance of following macros & tips of making it easier
- A spreadsheet to track your progress by filling in your macros, weight, and workout so we can watch as the scale moves in the right direction!
- 12 weeks worth of workouts that you can reuse once this challenge is over, you’ll love it that much! 😉
- You will receive a HOME (no or little equipment needed) & GYM WORKOUT program. If you feel like working out at home one day, heck! Do it!
- This workout will evolve just like our body. There must be change to keep your body stimulated to receive optimal results!
- You will be working out 3-5 times a week. Depending on the week & depending on if you decide to choose the home or gym plan. Either way, if you follow one of these plans, you will see results!
- Home gym workout type: Full body HIIT workouts + added extras!
- Traditional gym workout type: Upper body/Lower body Bi weekly Split + cardio + HIIT workouts specifically designed to keep your body guessing so it works hard enough to receive optimal results!
